¡ö Export Supervised Warehouse 1. The export supervised warehouse refers to the customs-dedicated supervised warehouse which provides storage, bonded logistics distribution and marketability value-added services for cargos with completed customs export formalities. 2. The establishment of the export supervised warehouse in Shenzhen Airport is approved by the Customs in August 2005, and its floor area approved for use is 20,000 square meters. 3. The export supervised warehouse in Shenzhen Airport enjoys the “warehousing means tax refund” policy. 4. The cargos stored in the export supervised warehouse of Shenzhen Airport can be delivered from warehouse through various transport modes such as air transport, land transport and sea transport. 5. ¡ö Bonded Logistics Center Business ( please click for detailed information) The bonded logistics center of Shenzhen Airport is formally put into operation on October 18th, 2010, which is one of four core logistics areas in Shenzhen Airport. Its total planning control area is 417,400 square meters, among which the floor area in the first stage is 115,000 square meters and its building area is about 58,000 square meters, including storage area 46,000 square meters. Checks in Huangguang Border are avoided (except for information). 3. When vehicles pass through Huangguang Border, the dedicated channel is used. ¡ö Secondary Supervised Warehouse Its total building area is 40,000m2. It is divided into two layers, the upper and the lower, and the height of each layer is 6m. Its unit building area is in the range from 552m2 to 504m2. Each room of warehouse is equipped with separated mezzanine offices and parking space. The secondary supervised warehouse is close to the International Cargo Terminal and located in the closed customs supervision area with 24 hours gate management. It is equipped with full-range CCTV monitoring system and provides safe and independent cargo handover, cargo tallying, storage and office places for the international freight forwarding companies and professional logistics companies. The international imported and exported cargo can be handled in the same warehouse of the supervised warehouse. The agent can voluntarily complete the preliminary tallying operation such as labeling, assembling, partition and re-packing in the warehouse to improve the international cargo handling efficiency greatly.
The domestic freight village, close to the domestic cargo terminal, is an ideal cargo collection and distribution pool Its total building area is 36,000m2. It is divided into two layers, the upper and the lower. And the height of each layer is 6m. There are 76 independent operating rooms in total. Its unit building area is in the range from 240m2 to 878m2. Separated mezzanine offices and parking space are set in each operating room. The courtyard-enclosing management is implemented for the domestic freight village and cargo terminal. Within 24 hours a day, there are district police office staff going around and inspecting. It is equipped with full-range CCTV monitoring system. And each operating room is set with the emergency alarm button linked with “110”. Thus it can provide safe cargo handover, cargo tallying, storage, yard for putting cargos on ULD and office space for the freight forwarding company and the professional logistics company.
