 Located within Shenzhen Baoan International Airport, Shenzhen Airport Logistics Park is one of the seven major logistics parks planned and constructed by Shenzhen government. With a planned occupying area of 1.16 million square meters, four functional region have been established in the logistics park, namely airlift center, domestic goods distribution center, bonded logistics center and ocean shipping center. Based on the principles of “long-term planning and step-by-step implementation, preceding software and appropriate hardware” and aimed at “advanced design, rational layout, sufficient facilities, proper functions, scientific process and smooth traffic”, the logistics park is making every effort to create a modern public service platform which is fair, just and impartial and featured with flexible service from three aspects, namely “hardware facilities, information system and service environment”.
The logistics park was awarded “Outstanding Service Award” and “Innovation Award” by Logistics Association of Shenzhen City in 2006. Also in 2006, it gained “Best Logistics Park Award” and "the Most Potential for Growth Award in the Dragon-tiger List for Shenzhen logistics industry. It has been appraised by China Logistics Association as “the best logistics park in China”.
一、Primary facilities The airlift center is located east of the parking apron for cargo planes and south of Terminal B in Shenzhen Airport with a total area of about 320,000 square meters. As the central part of Shenzhen Airport Air Logistics Park, it is divided into domestic zone and international zone.
 （一）Domestic zone
The domestic zone is composed of domestic air freight station and domestic air fright village. The first phase of domestic air freight village, which covers an area of about 40,000 square meters, has a yearly handling capacity of 500,000 tons matching with the domestic air freight station. The second phase of domestic air freight village is under construction.
（二）International zone
International zone consists of International Air Freight House, International Express Customs Supervision Center, bonded warehouse, export supervision center,  International Air Freight Village and logistics building. Fenced from public zone by enclosed net, it is a closed customs-supervised zone and is gate-managed by customs. The monitoring, inspection, declaration, examination and release for international cargo are all completed at the park.
Currently，well-known carrier and logistics enterprises stationed in the park are : FedEx, DHL, Singapore YCH, German Lufthansa Air-Freight, Jade Air-Freight , Shunfeng speed transportation and other field.
二、Hardwire Advantage Handling capacity for international cargo: Matching with the first phase of International Cargo House, the annual handling capacity of International Cargo Village is of 200,000 tons. After the completion of the second phase of International Cargo House, the handling capacity is expected to reach 400,000 tons.
Handling capacity or domestic cargo: Matching with the first phase of Domestic Cargo House, the annual handling capacity of Domestic Cargo Village is of 400,000 tons. It is expected to reach 800,000 tons in 2010.
三、Characteristic Service （一）Logistics Air Express Line 
"Logistics Air Express Line" is a fast, convenient, new-style logistics channel between Shenzhen and Hong Kong which is planned and implemented by the Shenzhen Customs and the Hong Kong Customs. "Logistics Air Express Line" is the product of CEPA as well as an implementation action of the "9 +2" customs declaration service. Moreover, it is a direct attempt of rapid declaration and rapid clearance.
（二）Bonded Warehouse
Approved by the Customs Department in December 2003, the bonded warehouse was open to operate and the availability area is of 20,0000 square meters. Located in the International Logistics Park, it provides bonded warehousing of aircraft materiel and other imported goods for airlines and agents and supports the initiatives of bonded logistics business.
The large-scale logistics company, Singapore Yeshuifu(YCH) Company has formally settled in the Shenzhen Airport, providing logistics distribution business for enterprises such as Fushikang.
（三）Export Supervision Warehouse
Approved by the Customs Department in August 2005, the Export Supervision Warehouse was open to operate in the International Logistics Park and the availability area is of 20,000o square meters. The current available businesses mainly are: To store goods after relative export procedures have been transacted, export land transportation two-time transit, export drawback (actual departure), verification and canceling of processing trade manual.
（四）Declaration operation of neutral bill for export cargo
The declaration mode of neutral waybill for export cargo is as follows: To declare for the cargo which is to be exported from “Shenzhen Customs Airport” by air transportation in the customs while taking neutral waybill as house air waybill; and one or more neutral waybills will buildup a master air waybill at the information platform in the Shenzhen Airport (CISS) system, then the agent will transact customs clearance and release procedures according to the master waybill.
四、Business Advantage （一）Variety of business
At present, the aviation logistics park in Shenzhen Airport is capable of conducting 15 types of customs operations. In addition to the normal direct import and export and transit import and export, the scope of business also includes: two-time transit export cargo, air cargo transit to Shenzhen Airport then export by air transportation, transit cargo, land transportation combined with air transportation, air to sea logistics express, etc.。

Customs, Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, customs broker, inspection broker, import air waybill distribution department, information processing center of Shenzhen Airport Information platform(CISS system) and other ancillary services are all concentrated in logistics buildings to provide one-stop service for carriers, agents and all units stationed in the park.
五、Planning Items （一）Bonded Logistics Center
The bonded Logistics Center will be established on the planning development land in Shenzhen airport. Bonded warehouses and export supervision warehouses will be built up firstly and then they will be upgraded to a "Bonded Logistics Center (B)" to make preparations. The bonded Logistics Center is planned to cover an area of 80,000 square meters.
（二）Domestic cargo distribution center
Domestic cargo distribution center will be established on the planning development land in Shenzhen airport. It is a specialized region for allocating and distributing domestic cargo and operation of domestic land and air cargo transferring, which depend on air transportation. The domestic cargo distribution center is planned to cover an area of 110,000 square meters.
