To achieve the goal of annual passenger throughput of 24 million passengers in 2010 by a growth rate of 47% when compared with that in 2005, in which international passenger throughput is 1.25 million, increased by 170% when compared with that in 2005 and the average annual growth rate is 8.1%.
        In the planning period, the freight business will grow rapidly. To achieve cargo throughput of one million tons in 2010 by a growth rate of 116% when compared with that in 2005, in which the international cargo throughput is 230,000 tons, increased 280% when compared with that in 2005 and the average annual growth rate is 16.5%.
        To improve transportation capacity, by raising carrying capacity of aircrafts to achieve steady growth of taking off and landing of aircraft. The taking-off and landing of aircraft will be 207,000 sorties in2010 with a growth rate of 38% when compared with 2005, in which the international airlines is 16,000 sorties, increased 45% when compared with that in 2005 and the average annual growth rate is of 45%.
