Services for unaccompanied children

Any 5-12 years old children without unaccompanied adult shall arrive at the airport 90 minutes ahead. They shall first go to service counters to go through boarding procedures (including baggage). The boarding procedures and handover procedures will be stopped 30 minutes before flights taking-off. The parents and children shall go to the information desk in the second floor of the airport to fill out the “unaccompanied children service notice".
To ensure that children can safely reach their destinations, the parents shall complete a detailed table of contents for each effectively and accurately. After completing the handover procedures, we will put beautiful yellow vests on your children. Please place their documents such as certificates and tickets into their vest pockets.
Before boarding, our relevant staff will lead the children through safety inspection channel to rest in the terminal.
After boarding, we will go through handover procedures with aircrew. Please promptly notify the accepter to arrive at the destination airport on time.

Remark:
1Ӣevery child can carry only one baggage which he can manage with him.
2ӢPlease stay with your child until the departure procedures are all completed and departure from the airport 15 minutes after the flight taking off. Please notify the accepter to arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to the flight arrival.
3ӢContact information of the accepter such as telephone number, identity must be truly and effectively filled out so that we can contact the accepter when we need.
4ӢUncompanied children to be board on Air China (CA), Eastern Airlines (MU), Shanghai Airlines (FM) must provide their boarding application; the seat symbol on tickets of Hainan Airlines (HU) held by unaccompanied children is "W" , and "Y" of Sichuan Airlines(3U),; Xiamen Airlines (MF) accept five unaccompanied children per flight. Parents shall apply to the airline business department to ensure the departure of your child.
