"One-stop" service for special passengers
After entering the terminal hall, special passengers (the old, weak, sick, disabled, and pregnant) will receive a relay-style "one-stop" service. First, special passengers will go through handover process desk at the inquiry desk, and relative airport staff will provide wheelchairs, stretchers and other special tools according to the specific requirements of special passengers. Special staff will take charge of the acceptance and escorting service. A special "green passage" has been opened for special passengers to go through safety inspection process. The airport emergency center, parking apron service department and other related service units are waiting for orders at any moment to provide "one-stop" service for stretcher passengers. To meet the special needs of special passengers, "Mother and Child Room." "Special Service Room" have been set up in isolated area by airport passenger services department. They carefully prepared blankets, medical kits and other special nursing supplies for thousands of special passengers.
