Shenzhen International Airport, which is a 4E-class airport, covers a total land area of 3,400,000 square meters. There is a concrete runway of 3,400 meters long and 45 meter wide as well as a main parallel taxiway (H) and 18 connection channels in the flight area. The total area of parking apron is 600,000 square meters. Terminal A and Terminal B, with a total area of 152,000 square meters, are composed of 24 air-bridges, 44 far passenger bridges (including four of Southern Airlines and 11 of Shenzhen Airlines ), 93 check-in counters and 30 security-check paths. With 38,200 square meters of international cargo village, 32,100 square meters of domestic cargo village, and 35,300 square meters of domestic cargo station, Shenzhen Baoan International Airport can meet the business demand of 18 million of passenger throughput, 750,000 tons of cargo throughput and 180,000 of aircraft taking off and landing. It is an important regional and international airline hub.
