””””Approved by the State Development and Reform Commission, Shenzhen Airport Group launched the expansion project of flight zone. 
””””The year of 2015 was set as a target year for expansion project of flight zone in Shenzhen Airport. The project includes three aspects, namely airport project, air traffic controlling project and oil supply project, and the designed target is 36 million of passengers throughput, 1.8 million tons of cargo throughput 300,000 times of aircraft taking off and landing on. The total investment of the project is about six billion yuan. The airport project includes flight zone project, sea-filling project and the power supply project. Among them, flight zone project will be required to meet the requirements of using F-type airplanes That is to say, the second runway of 3,600 meters long and 60meters wide will be constructed to the west of existing runway. Furthermore, a parallel taxiway of t 3,600 meters long and 25 meters wide with four rapid export taxiways and two contacted taxiway will be constructed. During the sea-filling and soft ground reclamation project, a seawall of 14.21 km will be constructed, and soft ground will be used to fill sea and build new land according to the requirements of function. During the power supply project, a new 110/10 kV substation will be constructed and two-way 110-kilovolt power line will be adopted, six 10-kilovolt substations will be constructed in the airport. Passenger and cargo port will be relocated to the south side of the airport during the relocation project of passenger and cargo port, and the construction of two 500-ton passenger berths, three 1,000-ton cargo berths and two mixed berths will be constructed. In air traffic controlling project, a new complex building of air traffic controlling and tower will be constructed. Meanwhile, relative facilities of air traffic controlling, weather forecasting, communications and navigation will be expanded. Oil supply outside the airport will be combined with the relocation project of passenger and cargo port during the oil supply project, a landing stage of about 200 meters will be extended from the new passenger and cargo port, and two 5,000-ton oil berths will be built as well as its supporting power supply facilities and fire fighting facilities. An oil pipeline of 4.5 km will be built from the new oil offloading port to the oil storehouse in the airport. Refueling system of station-apron pipeline will be built in the airport by replenishing 48 refueling places 6.2-km refueling pipeline.
