1. Rebooking or refund after a flight delay

(1) Rebooking procedure

(1) Bring your carry-on baggage

(2) Return to Security-Check Channel

(3) Proceed to Check-in Counters and pick up the checked baggage

(4) Rebook the ticket at the Ticket Counter

* Return to your check-in counter along the original path from security-check channel 38 on the east side. (For details about the check-in counter for rebooking, call your airline’s customer service number and refer to the check-in counter map.)

* If the airline company from which you bought the ticket does not have a counter in the airport, call the airline customer service number to rebook your ticket. (For details, see the list of airline customer service telephone numbers.)

* After a successful purchase, customers should check in again with their ID Cards.

* Return to your check-in counter along the original path from security inspection channel 38 on the east side. (For details about the counter location, call your airline’s customer service number and refer to the check-in counter map.)

* A customer can apply for a refund of their tickets only at the designated counters where they bought the ticket. If the tickets were bought online, the customers should contact the website’s customer service representatives.

2. Hotel arrangement after flight cancellation

(1) Process flowchart

* To rebook your ticket, click to the procedures for canceling or rebooking your ticket.

* To take back your baggage, go to the baggage carousel 8 at the domestic arrival hall on the 2nd floor.

* In case of a delayed flight, proceed to GTC (Ground Transportation Center) on the first floor, and take the designated buses for delayed flights to the hotel.

* If you need to leave the hotel after check-in, register your mobile phone number at the front desk and keep your phone on so that you can get timely flight notifications.

* The airport will arrange a bus to take you to the terminal building the next day.
